Actuator pneumatic NC - air to open/spring to close. Optical feedback of the non and actuated valve position. Control valves 4-20mA. Air pressure min. 6.0 bar / 8.0 bar max.

Material in AISI 316L / 1.4404 in contact with product

Material in AISI 304 / 1.4301 not in contact with product

Standard sealing materials in EPDM/PTFE for product contacted seals according to FDA Norms. Resistant to steam and most chemicals - not suitable for oils, aromatised hydrocarbon. Other sealing material (ex. FPM) are available on special request

Surface finish according to food and pharma standard

Surface roughness, product wetted parts: Ra ≤ 0.8 µm 

(Ra ≤ 0.6 µm available on special request)

316L bellow service life = 200'000 strokes or 3 years of operation

Certificate of conformity according to EN 10204/2.2 (3.1B on request) / Europe
